I thought Ada was a symptom-assessment app. What is this new service?

Our Guidance service helps people navigate to appropriate care. After Ada has helped you assess your symptoms and identify possible causes, Ada can – where appropriate – provide information on services that might be relevant to you and your health concerns.

We introduced the service based on feedback that following a symptom assessment, help from Ada to navigate towards appropriate information and care options would be welcome. Based on this feedback, we are developing partnerships with trusted healthcare providers to deliver a wide range of high-quality care and treatment options. This service is currently in an early testing phase.
