To use this service, follow these steps:

1. Register online. Create a SteadyMD account & answer some health questions. This should take 5 minutes.

2. Get assessed for COVID-19 by a telehealth clinician in 2 hours. A board-certified clinician will determine if you are eligible for COVID-19 treatment and send the prescription to your preferred pharmacy.


3. Start your medication. Pick up your prescription from your pharmacy. Other fees, including cost of treatment, may apply.

Clinicians are available between 6am - 12am CT, 7 days a week. If you request a consultation outside of business hours, a clinician will see you by 8am CT the next day.

If you choose to speak with a clinician to be assessed for COVID-19 oral antiviral treatment, you will be sent to SteadyMD’s website.

The cost of your clinical consultation (either $18 or $37) or pharmacy administrative fees may be eligible for FSA and HSA. To be sure, check with your insurance plan administrator.

These medications are pills that you swallow. They must be taken within 5 days of COVID-19 symptoms starting.
