I need help with the Ada App

We’re here to help if you’re experiencing issues with the Ada app. Before reaching out to us, please follow these steps to ensure we have all the necessary information to help you:

  1. Take a screenshot or screen recording of the issue or error message.
  2. Close the app completely.
  3. Reopen the Ada app.
  4. Check that the app is updated to the latest version.

If the issue persists:

Reach out to our support team via email ([email protected]), with the following information:

  • A detailed explanation of what the error is, and what you were trying to do when it happened.
  • The screenshot or screen recording that you took.
  • The version number of the Ada app. You can find this by going to ⚙️ (Settings) > About Ada.
  • The mobile device and operating system you are using. For example, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with Android 13 or iPhone 8 with iOS 14.7.1.
  • The email that is connected to your Ada account and you’re sign-in method (email, Facebook, Google, or Apple).

The Ada support team is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30p.m. UTC. Please note that the support team may have limited operations or be closed on German and US holidays.
