How do I delete my account?

Deleting your Ada account will permanently remove it along with the associated data from our servers. Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

To delete your Ada account through the app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Ada app and log in
2. Tap ⚙️(Settings).
3. Choose Account login from the menu.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm your decision by tapping Delete.

Alternatively, if you are unable to access the app or no longer have it installed, you may request account deletion by sending an email to [email protected]. Make sure to contact us via the same email address used to create the account, so we can confirm it belongs to you.

Please be aware that in certain circumstances Ada is both legally required and permitted to retain some data. To this extent, your data will not be deleted, but will only be processed for those circumstances.
