How do I use secondary health profiles?
Each Ada user account can have multiple health profiles. The primary health profile can be edited but cannot be deleted. Secondary health profiles can be edited and deleted, although a secondary profile cannot be made the primary profile, nor can a primary profile be made a secondary profile.
Health profiles record and maintain certain limited health information, such as name, sex, date of birth, height, weight, risk factors, current medication, or allergies. Here’s how you can add additional health profiles:
- Option 1: Start a new symptom assessment. When Ada asks who the assessment is for, you can add a profile by selecting Someone else.
- Option 2: Choose Profiles at the bottom center of the home screen.
- Select + to add a profile.
If you already created additional profiles, select one of the existing profiles to view previous assessments.
Deleting a health profile is permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete a secondary health profile:
- Open the Ada app and log in.
- Select Profiles in the bottom menu.
- Choose the secondary profile that you want to delete.
- Pick Delete health profile.
- When prompted with the warning, select Delete.
