2.4 What is Ada's Handover solution?

Handover integrates a clinical assessment report into our partner’s systems, so that more clinical context is added to the patient-provider interface. This allows users to share information from the assessment with an authorized healthcare professional, including symptoms, risks factors, and possible conditions. As Handover is built using SMART on FHIR industry open standards, it can interface with numerous EHRs and patient portals, including Epic MyChart and Hyperspace.
