How do I complete a symptom assessment?

The Ada symptom assessment leads you through a comprehensive health assessment to identify the possible causes of your specific symptom(s). 

To complete a symptom assessment: 

1. Open the Ada app and log in
2. Select Continue using Ada.

3. Select Start symptom assessment.
4. Select the appropriate health profile.
5. Input your symptom(s) and answer additional questions.
6. Ada will deliver a report of possible causes, based on demographic information, risk factors, and the symptom that is troubling the user most.
