Is my personal data shared with third parties?

For Ada app users; Ada does not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent. Under no circumstances do we sell any data provided to us. When appropriate, we'll ask you whether you would like to share your data with our partners when we believe this would benefit you, for example, to show you available care options based on your reported symptoms. You are never obligated to provide consent for data sharing, and if you provide such consent, you can revoke it at any time. 

In some cases, we may share your personal data with third-party subcontractors that we rely on to assist us in providing Ada services. Transferring data to our service providers is very different from transferring data to third parties for their purposes. When data is transferred (shared), service providers only have access to your data under the control of Ada. All service providers are bound by a data protection agreement and will only process data according to our instructions. Read the Privacy Policy (section 3) for complete details about data handling.

To manage your preferences for privacy and notifications:

1. Open the Ada app and log in.
2. Tap ⚙️ (Settings).
3. Choose Privacy and notifications.
4. Adjust the consent options according to your preferences. The changes will be saved automatically.
