How is my personal data shared with third parties?

Ada does not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes (what is often referred to as selling the data) without your explicit consent. We will ask you whether you would like to share your data with our partners when we believe this is of benefit to you, e.g. to show you available care options based on your report. You do not have to provide consent, and you can revoke your consent at any time. 

We may share your personal data with third-party subcontractors that we rely on to assist us in providing Ada services. Transferring data to our service providers is very different to transferring data to third parties for their own purposes. When data is transferred (shared), service providers only have access to your data when deemed necessary by Ada. All service providers are bound by a data protection agreement and will only process data according to our instructions. Read the Privacy Policy (section 3) for complete details about data handling.

To manage your preferences for privacy and notifications:

1. Open the Ada app and log in.
2. Select ⚙️ (Settings).
3. Select Privacy and notifications.
4. Adjust the consent options according to your preferences. The changes will be saved automatically.
