What happens if my phone is lost or stolen?

Ada stores data encrypted on trusted servers managed by Google Cloud. Even though your health data isn't stored on your phone, if someone unauthorized gets access to it, they might reach your data. To prevent this, make sure your phone is updated, use a biometric or pin-based device lock, and change your Ada password if your phone goes missing. Remember to keep your Ada password secret.

If you log in on a new device or if you've logged out of the app, you can use your original login method (email, Facebook, Google, or Apple ID). If you signed up with email, you can reset your password if needed.
