How do I remove my personal data from Ada in accordance with GDPR?

Deleting your Ada account removes your Ada account and all associated data from our servers permanently. Once you have deleted your account we cannot restore it. To delete your Ada account:

  1. Open the Ada app and log in.
  2. Select ⚙️ (Settings).
  3. Select Account login.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. When prompted “Are you sure?,” select Delete.

Alternatively, you can contact us any time to request account deletion. We will remove your account and confirm the deletion of all associated data. ​​In some cases, we will need to confirm the owner of the account via email response before completing the data deletion request.
