How is my data stored by Ada?
Ada keeps your personal data safe by encrypting it during transfer and storage. We store it on Google Cloud Platform servers in the European Union, specifically in the Europe-West1 data center in Belgium. Our databases, managed by MongoDB Cloud Services, are also located in this data center.
To protect your privacy, we store personal information like names and email addresses separately from health data, such as information from symptom assessments. Health data is pseudonymized and can only be linked to personal data through a unique key accessible to limited Ada personnel.
Our information architecture prioritizes security, adhering to the principle of security-by-design. This includes strict data separation and encryption both during transit and while at rest.
