How can I delete my account?

Deleting your Ada account permanently removes it and all associated data from our servers. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

To delete your Ada account, follow these steps:

1. Open the Ada app and log in.
2. Tap ⚙️(Settings).
3. Choose Account login from the menu.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm your decision by tapping Delete.

If you are not able to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to [email protected]. To delete an account, you must contact us via the same email address used to create the account so we can confirm it belongs to you. 

In certain circumstances, Ada is both legally required and permitted to retain some data. To this extent, your data will not be deleted but will only be processed for those purposes.
