What if my phone gets lost or stolen?
Your personal health data is not stored on your phone. Ada stores personal data securely encrypted in trusted cloud-based servers run by Google Cloud Platform. When you sign up with Ada you are requested to create a password that enables you to access the app and your digital health record. Keep this password confidential to protect your data.
When logging in on a new device or if you’ve logged out of the app, you can access your Ada account and saved data by signing into the app with the original log-in method (email, Facebook, or Apple ID). If you’ve previously signed up by email, you can also request your password to be reset.
