What happens if I forget my password or want to change it?
If you have trouble logging in and would like to choose a new password, you can request a password reset.
For email-based accounts - to reset your password:
- Open the Ada app.
- Select Log in.
- Select Sign in with email.
- Select I forgot my password.
- Enter your email address.
- Select Submit. Ada sends an email with instructions to reset your password to the email address that you used to create your Ada account.
If you change your mind, just ignore the email and your password won’t be reset.
You may also choose to contact Ada support for assistance with resetting your password.
For accounts using Facebook and Apple log-in methods, Ada cannot provide assistance with the login process. Make sure your login information matches your current details with those providers. Refer to Facebook or Apple’s instructions for updating your log-in method.
The account sign-in method (email, Facebook, Apple ID) cannot be changed after an account is created. To choose a different sign-in method or to change the email address on an account, create a new account.
