8.3 How do you monitor utilization of Ada’s Enterprise solutions?

We deliver data to clients via an intuitive dashboard that displays various data metrics and is updated daily. We apply a number of techniques, including low-count suppression and differential privacy, in order to mitigate the risk of patient re-identification from statistics. The data metrics include the following:

• Number of completed assessments split by condition suggested, triage level suggested, and symptoms entered
• Number of assessments completed split by time and day
• Users split by age group, gender, location (at city level or higher), and risk factor status (e.g. smoker/non-smoker)
• Assessment helpfulness score 
• Assessment completion rate 
• Percent of repeated use 
• Assessments split by the care option/resource selected
