6.1 How does Ada protect users’ data?

All Personal Data (including health-related information) is encrypted in transfer and at rest, to the highest industry standard and stored on secure servers.

Personal Data and health-related information are stored on separate databases, with separate encryptions and access permissions.

Furthermore, we strive to work with services that give a sufficient level of security assurance, and continuously supervise the effectiveness of third parties’ information security controls.
