Assess takes the user through a comprehensive health assessment - starting with their basic demographic information, risk factors, and the symptom that’s troubling them the most. Ada’s AI-powered medical knowledge database determines the possible causes of the user’s symptoms. Ada’s AI is designed as a white-box system to allow transparency in reviewing algorithm performance and safety.

We developed Assess with the following components:

• An AI-based probabilistic reasoning engine that mimics the thinking and strategic questioning of clinicians, with the ability to interpret a huge range of risk factors, attributes, symptom constellations, and incidences.
